Graduation / Post Graduation or equivalent examination with 50% marks (pass marks for SC /ST) and 55% for Engineering and Technology students.

Application Fee :

  • General/ OBC / EWS/ Other State : 1400/-
  • SC / ST : 700/-
  • with Late Fees
  • General/ OBC / EWS/ Other State : 2000/-
  • SC / ST : 1000/-

UP B.Ed Exam Pattern:-

Examination Details – There will be two papers in the written exam.

Paper I

  • Part A -General Knowledge , Part B- Language (Hindi/English)
  • Total Number of Questions- 100 (50 in each part)
  • Full Marks – 200 (100 marks in each part)
  • Duration – 03 Hours
  • Negative Marking- 1/3rd for every wrong answer

Paper II

  • Part A – General Aptitude , Part B- Subject related questions (Arts, Science, Commerce, Agriculture)
  • Total Number of Questions- 100 (50 in each part)
  • Full Marks – 200 (100 marks in each part)
  • Duration – 03 Hours
  • Negative Marking- 1/3rd for every wrong answer
