Graduation / Post Graduation or equivalent examination with 50% marks (pass marks for SC /ST) and 55% for Engineering and Technology students.

Examination Details – There will be two papers in the written exam.
Paper I
- Part A -General Knowledge , Part B- Language (Hindi/English)
- Total Number of Questions- 100 (50 in each part)
- Full Marks – 200 (100 marks in each part)
- Duration – 03 Hours
- Negative Marking- 1/3rd for every wrong answer
Paper II
- Part A – General Aptitude , Part B- Subject related questions (Arts, Science, Commerce, Agriculture)
- Total Number of Questions- 100 (50 in each part)
- Full Marks – 200 (100 marks in each part)
- Duration – 03 Hours
- Negative Marking- 1/3rd for every wrong answer
